Create their EK event site and choose to send out traditional paper invitations or use flyers etc.

There are two options perfected for the use of paper invitations:

1. Organizing a private event, e.g. a wedding, sending out paper invitations and having an event site with a password.

• Your event site is secured by a password of your choice
• Your guests can RSVP easily and access any other important information, e.g. your program, locations, hotel list, gift list, guest list, other activities etc.
• Each guest that RSVPs gets added to your EK guest list
• Your guests can be asked to update more private info during RSVP
• You can add guests manually to your EK guest list if they RSVP via email, telephone or any other form
• Via the EK guest list you can communicate with your guests more easily
• Your EK guest list can be easily printed or exported for external use
• Additionally you can send out invitations via EK

2. Organizing an open event with flyers, posters and more

• Your event site is visible for all internet users and search engines
• Anybody can visit your event site, RSVP and get added to your guest list
• During RSVP you can ask your guests to add contact information you need
• You can add guests manually to your EK guest list if they RSVP via email, telephone or any other form
• Additionaly you can create your own EK guest list and send out EK or paper invites
